Delivery & Returns
We aim to deliver within the time scales indicated below.
Please note that a signature will be required to confirm receipt of all deliveries.
Please allow an extra working day for delivery on Bank Holidays
We will only charge you postage once per order, even if your order requires more than one parcel.
Deliveries within the UK will normally take up to 2 – 3 working days when the order is placed before midday.
Postage and packaging for UK deliveries is at a standard charge of £4.50.
Republic of Ireland/EU Delivery
Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland and European Union will normally take up to 5 working days when the order is placed before midday.
Postage and packaging for all Republic of Ireland and EU deliveries is at a standard charge of £10.00.
Delivery outside EU
Deliveries outside the EU will normally take up to 7 working days when the order is placed before midday.
Postage and packaging for worldwide deliveries is at a standard charge of £12.00. Our shipping system will inform you of the cost when you order.
Refunding of Delivery Charges
If we have made a mistake with your order, or if it is faulty or damaged, we will refund the delivery charges you have paid to receive that item unless it was sent to you with other items you are not returning. It is also dependent on the product not having been opened.

Once received, goods in their original condition may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days. In the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to products that either haven't been refrigerated or where any seals on products have been opened as they cannot be re-sold.
If for any reason you wish to return your order, please return the items using First Class Recorded delivery so that we receive it within 14 days of receipt. We recommend that you ask the Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and retain it for your own reference. We will then refund you for this form of delivery upon receipt of the goods.
Refunds will be made using your original method of payment. Your refund or exchange will only be processed once we have received your goods. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.
Goods purchased as part of a special offer or at a discounted price will be refunded at the price paid.
We regret that goods purchased on the Hollywood Smiles website cannot currently be returned to our stores. Similarly, goods purchased at our stores cannot be returned to the website. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
